CUSAT CAT LLB Overview
CUSAT Common Admission Test for LLB programmes popularly known as CUSAT CAT LLB is conducted by Cochin University of Science and Technology for admissions to three year and five year law programmes.
Eligibility
5 year LLB
- Pass in Plus 2 examination with 60% marks including languages in Science / Commerce group or at least 55% marks including languages in Arts / Humanities.
- Should not have completed 20 years of age on July 1st of the year of admission; 22 years in the case of SC / ST and OBC candidates.
3 year LLB
- Bachelor’s Degree with 55% aggregate marks in any discipline of a University recognized by CUSAT. (50% for SC/ST/OBC).
- Only candidates who are permanent employees of the State Governments/Central Government or a State Government/Central Government Undertaking or a Statutory Body working within a radius of 30 kms from CUSAT, Thrikkakara campus shall be considered for admission provided such candidates have obtained a No Objection Certificate from their employer.
