CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

1. Answer any three of the following questions:
(i) Write a note on the scope and ambit of Article 19 (1) (d) of the Constitution of India.
(ii) Explain the underlying principles of Article 20 of the Constitution of India.
(iii) Explain fundamental duties of a citizen of India.
(iv) Write a note on powers, privileges, etc. of the Houses of Parliament and of the members and committees thereof as enumerated in Article 105 of the Constitution of India.

JURISPRUDENCE

2. Write short notes on any two of the following:
(i) Ratio decidendi and Obiter dicta
(ii) Adverse possession
(iii) Requisites of a valid custom

JUDGEMENT WRITING

3. Write a judgement on the basis of the Paper-Book which is enclosed.
